Mango Salsa

This salsa is actually pretty good. I was a bit unsure of the coconut flavor in it though. I'm not a HUGE fan of coconut, but gave it a shot anyways. While pretty decent with chips I would imagine it would be way better in a recipe like chicken or pork. I plan on using this with a pork roast and I'm thinking it will be awesome smile emoticon I will definitely update my review as I try new things with it. Overall - I really like it.
